RECRUITMENT OF SR. ENGINEERS IN VARIOUS TECHNICAL DISCIPLINES

GAIL (India) Limited is recruiting 61 Senior Engineers in the
discipline of – Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and
Electrical in Pipelines and PC Operations. Interested and eligible

1. Senior Engineer (Chemical-PC Operations) : 20 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Chemical/
Petrochemical/ Chemical Technology/ Petrochemical Technology with
minimum 65% marks

2. Senior Engineer (Mechanical-PC O&M) : 08 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/
Production/ Production & Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical &
Automobile with minimum 65% marks

3. Senior Engineer (Electrical- PC O&M) : 08 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Electrical/
Electrical & Electronics with minimum 65% marks

4. Senior Engineer (Instrumentation- PC O&M) : 10 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Instrumentation/
Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electrical &
Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Electrical & Electronics with minimum
65% marks

5. Senior Engineer (Mechanical – Pipeline O&M) : 05 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/
Production/ Production & Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical &
Automobile with minimum 65% marks

6. Senior Engineer (Electrical – Pipeline O&M) : 05 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Electrical/
Electrical & Electronics with minimum 65% marks

7. Senior Engineer (Instrumentation – Pipeline O&M) : 05 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Instrumentation/
Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electrical &
Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Electrical & Electronics with minimum
65% marks

Note: The minimum percentage of marks in the above prescribed
qualification norms for SC/ST and PWD candidates are 60%.

Experience (Applicable to all posts): Candidates shall have minimum 01
year post qualification executive inline experience in Public Sector
Undertaking(s)/Private Sector Organization(s) in Petrochemical Plant/
Refinery/ Fertilizer Plant only, as a regular employee of that Plant/
Undertaking/ Organization.

Age Limit (for all posts): maximum 30 years as on 25/08/2014.

Pay Scale (for all posts): Rs. 24,900 – 50,500/- (E-2 Grade) at the
Basic Pay of Rs.24,900/- plus other allowances as per norms.

Selection of the candidates will be through Group Discussion and or
